On the main level, a well-designed, open-concept kitchen and living room create an inviting entrance overlooking long-range mountain views. Choose to enjoy the warmth of the gas logs while enjoying a favorite show, or step outside onto the spacious deck for additional covered dining space. Two bedrooms, each with a queen-sized bed, can be found on the main floor, along with a full bathroom (bathtub only) with hallway access. The upper level of the home has a bedroom with a queen-sized bed and en suite bathroom (walk-in shower only). Continue to the lower level for the heart of entertainment! Here, you’ll find a pool table, cozy couch seating, a kitchenette, and a smart TV equipped with YouTubeTV. Step just outside onto the deck to soak in the hot tub.

Payment & Cancellation - 30 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 30 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 30 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 30 days before arrival: 100% refund.
