Main level: a contemporary living space furnished with two stylish sofas, a fully equipped open kitchen and a dining area overlooking the gardens and sea. A signature palette of blue and green majolica and white walls creates a serene Mediterranean ambiance. Bedrooms and bathrooms: three double bedrooms, each with an en-suite bathroom featuring a walk-in rain shower and stocked with luxurious toiletries. A service bathroom is also accessible from the main living area. Garden suite (independent): accessed via approximately ten steps leading to a lower level, with a private double bedroom, an en-suite bathroom and a secluded patio overlooking the Gulf of Naples and Mount Vesuvius. Outdoors: A shaded patio furnished for lounging and al fresco dining, complete with a barbecue area. Mediterranean gardens leading to a private heated pool, framed by sun loungers, large umbrellas and an expansive lawn perfect for sunbathing. Pool heating is available between April 1st and June 15th, and again from September 15th to October 30th, upon prior request and at no additional cost, with a maximum temperature of 28°C. Events & Weddings The property is suitable for intimate celebrations and weddings, subject to prior approval. All event planning and coordination are managed exclusively through the Property Manager Concierge team, in collaboration with a dedicated wedding planner. Wedding planning services are mandatory and quoted separately. To ensure the highest standards of quality, coordination and guest experience, all event-related services must be provided exclusively through Property Manager and its approved partners. Services Policy To ensure consistent service standards, proper coordination and respect for the property, external suppliers and third-party service providers are not permitted. This includes, but is not limited to, private chefs, catering companies, event vendors, decorators, musicians, photographers, wellness practitioners, transportation providers and other external contractors. All guest services must be arranged exclusively through Property Manager and its approved partners. Parking: a spacious private parking area is available on site. City tax: €3 per adult per day, applied for the first 7 nights. This tax is required by the Municipality of Massa Lubrense and is payable in cash upon arrival. Accessibility: due to the hilltop setting and the steps leading to the garden suite, Casa Del Capitano may not be suitable for guests with limited mobility.
