"The Wright Way" - 6 Sabal Palm Cottage offers a light, open floor plan, including a new fully stocked kitchen with all you will need for the gourmet cook and family meals, 3 spacious bedrooms. The room with two twins also has a trundle bed that pulls out from under one of the twins. Our home boasts gleaming hardwood floors throughout and beautiful comfortable furniture.. Located in the center of the island, at the end of Sabal Palm Trail, the cottage is perfectly situated within minutes from the beach, as well as the harbor, restaurants, ’Old Baldy’, both clubs, the creek access and Maritime market. After a day at the beach, it is a pleasure to return home to the comfort of the live oaks and the peace and serenity of the sabal palm community.
*For an additional charge, our guests may select temporary membership (not included and not guaranteed - dependent upon availability) at either Shoals or Bald Head Island Club.. Shoals club is located at East beach in a superb ocean side setting. It offers both a main pool and smaller child’s pool with beautiful ocean views. Informal pool side and restaurant dinning are available as is a small gym. For those wanting to play golf or tennis, Bald Head Island club offers both, as well as a gym and a fantastically updated series of pools for all ages. A brand new ocean view restaurant offers more casual dining, but if it’s more formal dining you’re looking for, you’ll find that within the stylish club house.
The home includes the use of two *NEW BINTELLI* 4 seater golf carts and beach chairs. Your quote will include exit cleaning fee and the NC and Village Rental Usage taxes.
If you are not familiar with Bald Head Island, imagine a quiet, relaxing place with beautiful and varied surroundings. Whether you are looking for an active vacation on the water or on land or one spent enjoying the 14 miles of wonderful beaches, there’s something for everyone. Fishing, sailing, kayaking, golfing ,biking, beach combing, nature trails, exploring the island after dark or turtle watching with the interns. What ever your chosen past time, our house offers a lovely relaxing atmosphere to return to. Relax on the screened porch with a view of the lagoon and enjoy a drink.
We will be ready to assist you with your pre-visit planning, ferry and tram reservations, and information about the island facilities. We are here to help make you stay a great one.
Please note this home does not have a grill. If you stayed in the Sabal Palm area in past years, the communal grills have since been removed.
