The "Bear IV" is a modern and stylish holiday home in the Erlenmatt district of Basel and is suitable for up to 5 people. The accommodation has 2.5 rooms. There are 2 large double beds in the bedroom and an additional sofa bed for one person in the living room. There is also a comfortable sitting area with dining table and chairs. Adjacent to the living room is a large open kitchen with all useful cooking utensils, hotplates, refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher and coffee machine. In the bathroom there is a toilet, shower, hairdryer and various toiletries. A big plus of the accommodation is the own balcony. Here you can relax and let the days fade away.
All additional costs, Wi-Fi Internet, a TV with international channels, bed linen and towels are already included in the final price. For stays shorter than 30 days, final cleaning is included in the price. Washing facilities are also available on the ground floor free of charge.
The holiday home is in an excellent location and is optimally connected to the traffic. The airport EuroAirport can be reached within 10 minutes and the train station Badischer Bahnhof is only 500m away. In addition, the bus stop Basel, Erlenmatt is very close to the accommodation. From there, various buses will take you to the city center, Basel SBB railway station and all the sights.
The accommodation is located in Erlenmatt district, an up-and-coming district designed according to the principles of sustainable district development. In 2017, the district received certification as a 2000-watt site. Here, living, working and sustainable action are united and there is a wonderful mixture of urbanity and nature. The large Erlenmattpark is located in the heart of the district and the nearby recreation area of Langen Erle is only a stone’s throw away. The accommodation is located in Bâleo Erlenmatt, a building that combines diverse uses, offers and lifestyles. In the building, you will find a Coop supermarket, a fitness center and various catering facilities.
