"Deer IV" is a modern and stylishly furnished holiday home for 5 guests. The accommodation captivates by its beautiful design and extends over 51m2. In the spacious bedroom, there are two queen size beds and in the living room there is a sofa bed for one person. In the living room, there is also a sitting area with dining table and chairs where you can dine together with your loved ones. The kitchen adjacent to the living room is equipped with crockery, cutlery, pans, hotplates, fridge, microwave, dishwasher and coffee machine. A starter set with coffee is provided. The holiday home also has its own balcony and of course a private bathroom with shower, WC, hairdryer and various toiletries. The price of the holiday home includes all additional costs, Wi-Fi Internet, TV with international channels, bed linen as well as towels and bath towels. For stays shorter than 30 days, final cleaning is also included in the price. Washing machines and dryers are available on the ground floor. Erlenmattstrasse 77 is part of the Erlenmatt district in Basel. Erlenmatt West is a new urban district that meets all modern requirements for living, working, leisure and sustainable action. The district received certification as a 2000-watt site in 2017. The Erlenmatt district is a dynamically developing living space. A large park is located in the center of the district and the Lange Erlen recreation area can also be reached in a short time. The holiday home is located in Bâleo Erlenmatt, a building that combines a variety of uses, offers and lifestyles. The building includes a Coop supermarket, a nursery, attractive restaurants and a fitness center. The building is also completely barrier-free and of course there are lifts. The Erlenmatt district is in an excellent location and is optimally connected to public transport. The train station Badischer Bahnhof is only 500m away and the EuroAirport can be reached in 10 minutes. Directly in front of the building is the bus stop Basel, Erlenmatt. From there, various buses will take you comfortably and quickly to Basel SBB railway station, from where you can quickly reach all the sights, the old town and the banks of the Rhine. Things to note : Please note that baby beds and highchairs are available upon request. Please ensure to reach out to us at least 24 hours in advance to organize. The cost of the baby bed is 15chf and the highchairs are free of charge. Check-in is from 3pm and is a self-check-in. We will send you instructions 2 days prior to your arrival.
