This holiday apartment with 2.5 rooms is a modern solution for your holiday in Basel.
The apartment has 52m2 and offers enough space for six people. There are two large double beds in the bedroom. The living room is equipped with two sofa beds and a sitting area with dining table and chairs. The open kitchen is fully equipped. Here you will find cookers, oven, microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher and a coffee machine. The bathroom is equipped with WC, shower, hairdryer and a starter set of soap and shampoo.
The following features are included in the rent of the apartment: Wi-Fi Internet, TV with international channels, final cleaning (stays up to 30 days), bed linen, towels and bath towels and all additional costs. Washing machines and dryers are also available on the ground floor.
Erlenmattstrasse 77 is part of the Erlenmatt district in Basel. Erlenmatt West is a new urban district that meets all modern requirements for living, working, leisure and sustainable action. The district received certification as a 2000-watt site in 2017. The Erlenmatt district is a dynamically developing living space. A large park is located in the center of the district and the Lange Erlen recreation area can also be reached in a short time.
The holiday apartment is located in Bâleo Erlenmatt, a building that combines a variety of uses, offers and lifestyles. The building includes a Coop supermarket, a nursery, attractive restaurants and a fitness center. The building is also completely barrier-free and of course there are lifts.
The Erlenmatt district is in an excellent location and is optimally connected to public transport. The train station Badischer Bahnhof is only 500m away and the EuroAirport can be reached in 10 minutes. Directly in front of the building is the bus stop Basel, Erlenmatt. From there, various buses will take you comfortably and quickly to Basel SBB railway station, from where you can quickly reach all the sights, the old town and the banks of the Rhine.
