Payment & Cancellation - 14 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 14 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 14 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 14 days before arrival: 100% refund.

- SuitableForChildren,SuitableForInfants,Must be over 25 to book. Absolutely no parties, small events or gatherings. Please be considerate to neighbors .This is a residential neighborhood. We have nice neighbors and want to preserve our relationship. This is a house to come chill and relax. No outside noise after 9pm. No Garage Parking. Front Driveway parking and in front of house please. Take trash bins to curb on Wednesday night for collection. Return empty trash bins on Thursday after collection. For your safety we have 1 ring flood light camera in front driveway. We do not have any cameras in the private backyard or inside property.,Start: 22:00, End: 7:00
