Great Joy.” That’s what you will find when you stay in this beautiful new home at Paseos in Sienna Hills. Tucked into a quiet neighborhood, just a few minutes from I-15 in Washington, it is only a short drive to restaurants, shops, and other amenities while having the benefit of feeling secluded and peaceful. You may even recognize the home from the 2022 St. George Parade of Homes! This expertly designed home features a ping pong/air-hockey/game table combo, a large private hot tub, fully-stocked kitchen, and OLED and other LG Smart TVs throughout. Perfect for a family getaway with fun activities for the kids.
This incredible 5 bedroom/5 bathroom home can comfortably sleep 18 people and up to 20 with the use of the deluxe sleeper sofa. On the main floor you will find the master bedroom, with a king-size bed and a private bathroom with a walk-in shower. Located at the front of the house is bedroom 2 which has a queen sleeper sofa, the first of 2 designated working spaces, and a Jack n’ Jill style bathroom. Upstairs you will find 3 additional bedrooms, the first being a double queen with the second working space, and a private bathroom. Bedroom 4 is the bunk room, which has 2 Twin over Full over Queen bunks, sleeps up to 10 people, and also shares a bathroom with the loft. The final bedroom upstairs is a second master and has a queen bed with a private bathroom.
Guests will be able to park in the 2-car garage which makes unloading and loading the car much more convenient. There is an abundance of space for groups to gather for fun, relaxation, and privacy throughout the entire home. Hang with friends, or sneak a quiet moment alone, in the unique reading nook nestled above the stairway. For more fun, compete against each other on the Nintendo Switch, Ping Pong, Air Hockey, or board games all located in the loft. Whip up a feast for a crowd, or an intimate dinner for a small group in the backyard on the BBQ grill or in the fully equipped kitchen—lots of seating for everyone. Soak in the private, over-sized hot tub in the backyard as you watch the sun set and gaze at the stars.
