Red Desert Loft is a newly-built, contemporary resort! The Lofts at Green Valley is one of the newest resorts in St. George. It is the perfect area for outdoor enthusiasts. Just a few miles away, you will find views of the majestic red and white sandstone mountains, several different golf courses and shopping centers. Right down the street is a beautiful pool with a kids water dome, a waterslide, 2 hot tubs, and a waterfall. Let your children release some energy on the kids’ playground, located directly at the resort. Whether you’re looking to relax, or spend your day enjoying the surrounding landscapes, you can rest comfortably in the contemporary style bedrooms, or relax outside under the partially covered patio. At Red Desert Loft, It’s all about the extras!
This Contemporary 4 bedroom, 3.5 bathroom home can sleep 14 people comfortably, and 16 with the use of the Queen pullout sofa. With 1935 sq. feet, you will never feel cramped in this spacious townhome. This luxury villa is furnished with all the upgrades you could ask for including granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. There are so many amenities included, you will never run out of things to do! This home has a spacious floor plan, with quiet and private bedrooms. Each room is equipped with ceiling fans for those warm Southern Utah nights. Downstairs you will find one of the two master suites with an ensuite bathroom and glass walk-in shower. Just upstairs is the second master suite, also with an attached bathroom and access to a shared balcony with bedroom four. Additionally, upstairs there is a bunk room with a queen pullout sofa for the kids to enjoy. This room shares a full hall bathroom with the fourth king bedroom. This home is beautifully decorated with comfortable furniture throughout the entire home. You will never want to leave The Lofts Resort!
