This clean and professionally decorated 4-bedroom, 4.5-bathroom rental offers many high-end extras, making it perfect for your Southern Utah vacation. Zion National Park is in close proximity, and the home is nestled on a cul-de-sac, within walking distance to both community pools and pickleball courts.
Upon entering the home, you’ll find a well-organized entryway with built-in coat racks and shelves for easy access and organization. The gorgeous kitchen is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances, including a gas stove, and granite countertops with barstool seating for four. The expandable dining room table can comfortably seat up to 10 people.
The living room features a huge sectional sofa in front of a custom-designed wall unit, providing an elegant and well-lit space. A 65" TV and Blu-ray player add to the entertainment options. The large patio off the living room is perfect for meals or relaxation in the warm sunshine, complete with an outdoor grill. Outdoor luxury dining tables and chairs accommodate seating for 12.
The main floor master bedroom offers a King bed with a spacious master suite and double sinks. A 49" TV is provided in the master, and adjacent to the master bathroom is a laundry room with a heavy-duty washer and dryer. Another half bath is conveniently located on the main floor, across from the double-car garage.
Upstairs, the loft is open and roomy, featuring another sectional with a sofa bed, a big flat-screen TV, and another Blu-ray player. The loft also includes a Legends Ultimate Arcade game for hours of family fun. A door leads to the second outdoor living area with a cushioned couch and lounge chairs under a beautiful pergola.
The upstairs bunk room boasts built-in bunk beds, each with its own full bathroom. Two additional bedrooms upstairs each have their private full bathrooms—one roomy enough for two queen beds, and the other featuring a King bed. Each bedroom is equipped with its 49" TV.
The Ledges vacation community, located just north of St. George, Utah, offers breathtaking views and endless trails, with a golf course on-site. The community features two pools, pickleball courts, and the Fish Rock Grille overlooking the golf course.
