A 65" TV and Blu-ray player add to the entertainment options. The large patio off the living room is perfect for meals or relaxation in the warm sunshine, complete with an outdoor grill. Outdoor luxury dining tables and chairs accommodate seating for 12. The main floor master bedroom offers a King bed with a spacious master suite and double sinks. A 49" TV is provided in the master, and adjacent to the master bathroom is a laundry room with a heavy-duty washer and dryer. Another half bath is conveniently located on the main floor, across from the double-car garage. Upstairs, the loft is open and roomy, featuring another sectional with a sofa bed, a big flat-screen TV, and another Blu-ray player.
