Welcome to Lovell’s Loft, a spacious 1,812 sq ft townhome boasting 4 bedrooms and 4.5 bathrooms, ideally situated just steps away from the 18th fairway of the Ledges Golf Course. The expansive layout features a well-appointed kitchen and two outdoor living spaces, ensuring everyone has room to relax and enjoy their surroundings. On the main level, you’ll find the master bedroom and a fantastic kitchen stocked with cooking utensils for convenient dining in during your vacation. The living room offers a large TV with YouTube TV and DVD player for entertaining family nights. Step out onto the lower back patio, complete with a BBQ and outdoor dining area. Upstairs, the upper balcony provides additional outdoor space with a seating area and lounge chairs, offering one of the best views of Snow Canyon at any time of the day.
Lovell’s Loft comfortably accommodates 13 guests with 2 king-size beds, 1 queen-size bed, 2 full-size beds, and 3 twin-size beds. Three bedrooms feature en suite bathrooms for added privacy, and each bedroom is equipped with a smart TV, as well as DirecTV.
Southern Utah’s outdoor wonders, including Snow Canyon (4 miles away) and Zion National Park (49 miles away), await exploration. For nighttime entertainment, catch a play at the Tuacahn Theater just 10 miles away. Stick closer to home and enjoy local hiking and biking trails, The Ledges Golf Course, pickleball courts, a spacious pool (complete with provided beach towels), and a 20-person hot tub—all within 100 steps of your front door.
Whether you’re here for the Senior Games, St. George Marathon, Iron Man Competition, soccer or baseball tournaments, work retreats, golfing vacations, family reunions, or any other reason, Lovell’s Loft welcomes you to experience the best of Southern Utah.

PARKING: All vehicles must be parked in the garage, on the driveway, or in designated visitor parking areas. No parking on the street is allowed. For additional RV and Trailer parking please only utilize the space found on either Canyon Tree Dr or Ledges Pkwy.
