Poolside Perfection is a brand new 2692 sq foot, 4-bedroom luxury villa designed as the perfect place to create magical memories with your family and friends. A private balcony with spectacular views of the 9th green, and a large 2nd story patio overlooking the heated pool, hot tub and pickleball courts make this the ideal location for every member of your party. Completed in 2017, Poolside Perfection is furnished with all the upgrades you could ask for, including flat-screen HDTV¹s in every room, granite counter-tops, water conditioning and filtration systems, as well as stainless steel appliances.
The floor-plan is spacious with contemporary style bedrooms that are quiet and private. There are two master suites with king beds, a bedroom with two queen beds and a bedroom with one queen and a chaise lounge. Payment & Cancellation - 14 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 14 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 14 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 14 days before arrival: 100% refund.
House rules
- Must have an adult over the age of 21 staying with your group, no parties, no pets, please enjoy our home and treat it with respect. Guests are personally responsible for any theft or damage during their stay. Checkin is after 4:00pm on the day of arrival and checkout is before 11:00am on the day of departure.
