The swimming pool with the marvellous view of the Coral Gulf, for your exclusive use, is large with crystal clear water and the dimensions are 10x5m with a depth of 140cm.
Villa Barranch is characterised by large outdoor areas featuring a swimming pool area, covered veranda and large forecourt, as well as practical and fresh interiors, while three large bedrooms offer comfortable accommodation for several couples, families and groups of friends up to a maximum of 6 adults and 1 child.
The large sea view terrace and infinity pool invite you to relax in the shade of the large covered verandas, while in the evening you will admire the sunsets on the horizon while sipping cool Sardinian wine under the canopy of stars.
The villa, with its 8000 metres of garden, consists of two floors connected by a comfortable internal staircase.
On the first floor there is a large living room with air conditioning and sea view, double bedroom, bathroom with shower, washing machine, practical kitchen with dishwasher, large covered verandas furnished with tables and chairs for outdoor dining.
On the lower floor there are two more bedrooms and a further bathroom with shower.
La Speranza beach is about 3km from the villa, while Alghero is also about 3km away, and in Alghero you can enjoy the vibrant nightlife, shopping, boat trips, sea runs and, of course, the wonderful family-friendly beach of Lido di San Giovanni and the magnificent sand dune beach of Pineta di Maria Pia.
The villa includes a shaded parking area, shaded barbecue area under the gazebo and furnished with table and chairs and a second barbecue near the pool.
