Welcome to Seabiscuit, a beautiful shingled house located right on Horseshoe Park in the Farm District. With the tennis courts, playground and basketball court out the back door, a large grassy park and community fire pit out the front door and private hot tub for the house, there is plenty to keep everyone entertained when you’re not out on the beach, at the swimming pool, or riding bikes around town.

Seabiscuit is located in the beautiful Farm District, just 10 minutes from town center and the beach. While strolling around the Farm District, stop by and say hi to the horses at the horse barn. Browse the community garden, throw the frisbee at Horseshoe Park and enjoy the community fire pits. Borrow rackets for a game at the tennis and pickleball courts.

Things To Know
Payment and Cancellation - 30 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 30 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 30 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 30 days before arrival: 100% refund.
House Rules
- Seabiscuit has an occupancy maximum of 14 guests and 2 dogs. A dog fee will be collected upon confirmation.
- Guests are welcome to check-in at 4:00 PM. Checkout is at 10:00 AM.
- There is no smoking in Seabiscuit. This includes, but is not limited to, vaping, e-cigarettes, vape pens, marijuana, and other vaping devices.
- No parties or events can be held at the home. All occupancy limits will be strictly enforced.
- The minimum rental age is 25.
- Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 7:30 AM.
- Out of safety concerns for guests, employees and our homeowner community, as well as concerns for individual privacy, operation or use of unmanned aerial systems, or drones, by the general public is prohibited.
- Seabiscuit is located near a construction zone.
