A half bath and full-size washer and dryer are also conveniently located on this level. The primary suite is just off the living area and features a king bed with memory foam mattress, flat-screen TV, and a private spa-like bath with double vanity and large tiled shower. Upstairs, the open media loft includes a 42” flat-screen TV, DVD player, queen sleeper sofa, and plenty of space to relax. The second bedroom has a grand king bed with an oversized chair in the sitting area. You’ll find four twin bunk beds, a full sleeper sofa, and bright, kid-friendly décor in the third bedroom. A full bathroom with double vanity and tub/shower combination completes the upper floor. Overall, Ocean S’mores sleeps 10 friends and family, plus a 25 lbs four-legged best friend. On the sun-drenched back patio, unwind in the fenced space with dining area, gas barbecue and firepit, outdoor shower, and private hot tub, or spend the afternoon on the covered, front porch with rocking chairs.
