Only a short walk away are Property Manager town center, the indoor pool and beach. Home Interior Celebrate family cooking in the fully equipped open kitchen, enjoy appetizers at the bar, or get take-out from Property Manager’s great restaurants and gather at the large dining table. The plush living room at Good Day Sunshine has been furnished with convenience and comfort in mind. This house is perfect for family nights in, or girlfriend getaways. The open main floor allows easy access to the kitchen while you play boardgames at the dining room table or stream a movie sitting in front of the gas fireplace, all on one level. There are two primary suites, both with deluxe king size beds. Each one has a walk-in shower equipped with soothing rain shower heads, and the main floor primary ensuite bath has heated floors and a soaker tub. Kids and teens will love the bunk room with two sets of XL twin bunks and space on the floor to play with toys, puzzles and games, or just hang out. Upstairs in the media room find a Blu-Ray player, family friendly DVDs, an Xbox 360 and boardgames, books, and puzzles to enjoy together. Off the media room is a third mixed-use bedroom with both a queen size murphy bed and a console desk. Use it as a bedroom, an office, or both, depending on your needs. The home is equipped with 4 smart TVs and Sonos ceiling speakers in the kitchen, living room and upper floor media room. Listen to your favorite music anywhere in the house or enjoy surround sound during a movie. Outside Good Day Sunshine extends the home’s gathering spaces to the outdoors as well. The covered front porch is the perfect place to enjoy your morning coffee or an evening glass of wine. There is a conveniently located large wooden bench on the porch for taking your sandy shoes off. The open back deck offers westward sunset views. Grill up dinner on the Weber BBQ and enjoy it at the outdoor dining table there or put your feet up and read a good book on the chaise lounge. Dip into the private hot tub afterward for a beautiful end to a wonderful day. Charge your electric vehicle while you sleep! The parking space for this house is equipped with a 240-volt outlet for Good Day Sunshine guests. Good Day Sunshine comfortably sleeps up to 10 guests; great for a large family or two families. Although cribs and highchairs are not provided, they can be rented through Cottage Rentals for a small fee. For a larger group or for more privacy within your group, please consider renting another home on Sunrise Park.
