Great size swimming pool with tropical plants all around, covered sitting area is perfect for rainy days while still enjoying the pool area. The villa has 5 en-suite bedrooms while 4 of them are on the 2nd floor and 1 of them have a sliding door with direct access to the swimming pool. The lower bedroom located on the first floor has its own private bathroom with large space and lovely pool and garden views. The back yard provides a great area for kids while the family enjoys their cool drinks and relaxing around the pool area. Payment & Cancellation - 60 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 60 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 60 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 60 days before arrival: 100% refund.
