This accommodation is located in Shinjuku area, which is easy access to everywhere in Tokyo. The nearest station is Yotsuya-sanchome station (only 3 min walk from here). This is calm residential area and you can experience real Tokyo life.
The space:
This is 60 square meter accommodation with 4 beds (Queen sized, two semi double sized, single sized bed). It is located on 2nd floor (no lift). This was newly renovated just in August 2018 and you can have a comfortable stay here.

Payment and Cancellation - 14 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 14 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 14 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 14 days before arrival: 100% refund.
House Rules
- ○No smoking inside the building, hallways, and rooms.
- ○When smoking outside the building, please do not hang out in front of the building, throw away cigarette butts, or otherwise disturb the neighbors.
- ○No pets
- ○No parties/events
- ○No visitors allowed
- ○Please fill out the guest list.
- ○No shoes are allowed in the room.
- ○Please be considerate of the neighbors and stay quiet between from 9pm to 7am.
- ○Please do not take home interior decorations or equipment installed in the room.
- ○When going out, please be sure to turn off the air conditioner, TV, lights, etc. before going out.
- ○Please do not answer the intercom.
- ○Please use one towel and linen per person. If it gets dirty, please wash it yourself.
- ○There will be no cleaning during your stay. If your room is dirty, please clean it.
- ○If you lose your room key, you will be required to pay for it.
- ○In case of an emergency, please contact us immediately via mail or by phone.
- ○Please keep your room clean. When checking out, please be in the same condition as when you arrived.
- ○If you wish to extend your stay, please contact us at least one day in advance. If you apply for an extended stay on the same day, half of the cleaning fee will be charged as a cleaning cancellation fee.
- ○Additional charges may apply if check-out time is delayed and cleaning operations are disrupted. Please note.
- ○Please note that if there are any leftover items such as attache cases, strollers, etc. that cannot be disposed of as regular trash, you will be charged a disposal fee.
