Keep your finger on the pulse of Nashville in these beautiful lofts located ON BROADWAY! I own all 4 units in the building, located directly above Boot Barn! Be on the same block with some of the world’s most famous honky tonks such as Tootsie’s, Robert’s Western World, Legend’s Corner and The Stage. Bridgestone Arena and Ryman Auditorium are only one block away! Perfect for big groups who want to experience Nashville like a local!

🤫 Quiet Hours We ask that you respect our neighbors by keeping outdoor noise levels down.
🚭 No Smoking Smoking is not allowed inside, or within 25 feet of the property. If you smoke outdoors, please stay clear of the house and keep windows and doors closed to avoid odors inside. A $500 fee will apply if smoke of any kind is detected in the home.
🛠️ Breakages We get it—accidents happen! If anything breaks or gets damaged during your stay, just give us a quick heads-up. We’d rather hear from you than find a surprise later. Thanks for keeping things thoughtful and honest—it goes a long way!
🧼 Excessive Mess The cleaning fee does not cover excessive mess. We truly value and respect our cleaning team— and we ask that you do too by leaving the space in good condition. We would never want our cleaners to walk into a disaster or be exposed to anything unsanitary or disrespectful. Please follow our easy check-out instructions in this welcome book to avoid additional fees. Thanks for helping us keep things country-cool, classy, and cozy!

An early check-in (as early as 8:00 a.m.) or late check-out (up to 5:00 p.m.) must be pre-arranged.

If you want to know how far my lofts are located from your points of interest, just enter "Boot Barn" on Broadway Ave. as my location and you’ll have a very accurate time/distance when entering into any sort of digital map or GPS.

Cabs, Uber, and Lyft are the best way to get around! ** While staying with us, PLEASE make sure ALL doors are shut and locked when not in use! PLEASE do not leave any valuables in your vehicle if parked on the street. Nashville is a BIG city so please make sure to be vigilant with our property and yours!!
This loft is a street view loft, the windows open up to Broadway!!

The lofts are right on Broadway, right in the middle of all the action and minutes away from all the Honky Tonk bars, live music almost 24/7, food, coffee, The Ryman, The Johnny Cash Museum, and The Bridgestone Arena, and Ascend Amphitheater.
