With 80 feet of waterfront on Lake Austin, a stunning inground pool, hot tub, expansive deck, two-level dock designed for both relaxation and boat storage, boat lift is available for use (for an extra fee), two kayaks, two paddle boards, a lilypad, and a spacious shaded lawn adorned by beautiful, giant trees, your group will have everything they need to immerse themselves in lake life. Inside, you will be welcomed with a grand staircase and a modern marble entryway that leads into a wide open space with floor-to-ceiling windows that show off the fantastic backyard. The living space of this house perfectly embodies a casual, beachy, and sophisticated vibe. Ideal for large groups, the property accommodates up to 23 guests. Four of the seven bedrooms boast spa-like private baths, and each room, including a unique bunk room with queen-over-queen beds suitable for adults and kids alike, is meticulously designed for your comfort. The chef’s kitchen and island provide perfect gathering spots, with additional seating areas around the pool and a lounge on the deck’s top level. This extraordinary property ensures kids and adults have their own space, making it an exceptional retreat for everyone. Good Vibrations is located just 30 minutes from downtown Austin and Zilker Park, where some of the areas most iconic events like Austin City Limits and SXSW take place. Outdoor spaces are not available for use from 10 PM to 7 AM Cancel within 24 hours of booking free of penalty! HOUSE LIMITATIONS: While we love to celebrate special occasions, the property does not operate as a venue. Reservations are for accommodations only. No guests under 25 (without parent or legal guardian). No Bachelor parties. No smoking anywhere on the premises. The boat lift is NOT included in the rental. If you’d like to use it, there is a $300 per day fee, as the owner must secure an additional slip for their boat. Availability is limited and must be arranged in advance.
