While spots are not assigned, you may park up to 2 vehicles per condo according to building rules. Visitors are welcome to park at the public boat launch lot directly next to the building; however, please note that overnight parking is not permitted at the boat launch. ☆☆ FLOOR & ACCESS ☆☆ This condo is located on the 2nd floor. The building is equipped with both an elevator and stairs for your convenience. If you prefer a unit on the first floor, please reach out—we manage other condos within the same building and would be happy to help you find the perfect fit. ***We manage other properties in the area. Please inquiry with us if you are coming with a lager group*** - Check-in/out: Please note during our peak season (June-September) we discourage late check-outs and early check-ins due to the tight turn-around schedules of our cleaning teams. We are happy to allow for an early check-in or late check-out if our cleaning team is able to accommodate the request and still allow the rental to be cleaned to our quality standards and specifications. All early check-ins and late check-outs will be charged a $250.00 additional fee for this expedited service. We are able to accommodate early check-in and late check-outs during our off season (October-May) for a reduced fee of $50.00, please contact us for further information. - Longer stays: Please be aware guest stays longer than 10-days will require mid-stay cleaning. Mid-stay cleaning fees are the same amount as the fee charged during booking. A weekly cleaning and linen/towel exchange is required for long-term guest stays, short-term guest stays may request a mid-stay cleaning for an extra fee. - Security deposit: Please note that 3 days before check in time, we will place a temporary pre-authorization hold of $250 on your card. This hold verifies fund availability and covers potential incidental expenses during your stay. The hold will be released 7 days within check-out, pending no outstanding charges or damages. Your privacy and security are paramount, and all card information is handled confidentially. - Cancellations: Please check the cancellation policy on your booking platform.
