Welcome to “Lakescape”, a family-friendly home in the heart of Traverse City. From beaches to breweries, everything is within walking distance. After exploring, return to 3 cozy bedrooms, a well-stocked kitchen, and a comfortable living room designed for families and groups.
We are Pet-friendly! Pet fee is $125 per stay. A maximum of 2 dogs 50 lbs each are allowed. Please let us know if you are bringing a fur friend so that we may get your pet amenities prepared for your arrival. We try our best to keep hair and allergens away, but guests with dog sensitivities should be aware. Please use our provided sofa cover and ’retired’ towels for your fur friends. Booking guests will be responsible for any pet damage.
Please Note: Quiet hours begin at 10pm, and no unauthorized parties are allowed to ensure a peaceful neighborhood setting.

All 3 bedrooms are located on the third floor:
- Master Bedroom: King bed, ensuite bathroom, roll-out bed, plus Pack & Play, toys, and games for families.
- Bedroom 2: Queen bed, ceiling fan, closet.
- Bedroom 3: Twin-over-full bunk bed, closet, nightstand with lamp, portable fan.
There is also a queen-size sleeper sofa in the living room, allowing a total of eight people plus an infant - a rare commodity in the center of Traverse City!

The townhouse has 2 fully equipped bathrooms and a half bathroom, so there’s no need to jockey for space when you’re getting ready in the morning!
☆☆ KITCHEN & LIVING ROOM ☆☆
The open-concept kitchen is fully equipped with:
- Stainless steel appliances
- Instant Pot, blender, toaster
- Coffee station with coffee & tea
- Kids’ bowls, utensils, and a high chair
- Dine together at the island bar (seating for 2) or dining table (seating for 6).
After a full day, relax in the cozy living room, featuring:
- Two comfy sofas (convert to sleepers)
- Flatscreen TV
- Fireplace
- Large collection of kids’ books, toys, and board games
Step out onto the balcony to enjoy your morning coffee or unwind with a book on the outdoor furniture.

There is 1 designated outdoor parking spot labelled 950. Or you can use one of the following nearby parking options below!
1- Lot west of the building (behind the dumpster)
2- Street parking on Walnut (summer months only)
3- Grocery store lot one block away
***We manage other properties in the area. Please inquiry with us if you are coming with a lager group***
- Check-in/out: Please note during our peak season (June-September) we discourage late check-outs and early check-ins due to the tight turn-around schedules of our cleaning teams. We are happy to allow for an early check-in or late check-out if our cleaning team is able to accommodate the request and still allow the rental to be cleaned to our quality standards and specifications. All early check-ins and late check-outs will be charged a $250.00 additional fee for this expedited service. We are able to accommodate early check-in and late check-outs during our off season (October-May) for a reduced fee of $50.00, please contact us for further information.
- Longer stays: Please be aware guest stays longer than 10-days will require mid-stay cleaning. Mid-stay cleaning fees are the same amount as the fee charged during booking. A weekly cleaning and linen/towel exchange is required for long-term guest stays, short-term guest stays may request a mid-stay cleaning for an extra fee.
- Security deposit: Please note that 3 days before check in time, we will place a temporary pre-authorization hold of $500 on your card. This hold verifies fund availability and covers potential incidental expenses during your stay. The hold will be released 7 days within check-out, pending no outstanding charges or damages. Your privacy and security are paramount, and all card information is handled confidentially.
- Cancellations: Please check the cancellation policy on your booking platform. Please note that even if you are eligible for a full refund, a credit card processing fee will be deducted.
