External Description
The villa is located in Bagno a Ripoli countryside, just 20 minutes from Florence. Surrounded by a private fenced garden (5,000 m2) with lawn, olive trees and flowers, the property boasts an outdoor dining area with tables for 14 people and a barbecue, ideal for alfresco meals while enjoying the enchanting view of the Tuscan hills.
The outdoor spaces are embellished with a lovely pool (8.10 m x 11.40 m, depth from 1.10 m to 1.30 m), open from 1 April to 30 October. The pool is equipped with: sunbeds, parasol, swing, lounge area, tables with chairs, and 2 bathrooms (including one with shower).
Moreover, at guests’ disposal a private parking for 6 cars.
The owner of the villa lives in an independent apartment within the property with a separate entrance, therefore the utmost privacy is guaranteed.
Internal Description
The villa is spread over 4 levels and can accommodate up to 13 people, has 7 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms. Internet Wifi is included. All bedrooms have air conditioning. All bedrooms on the first floor have mosquito nets. 1 baby bed with bars, 1 high chair and 8 mobile fans are available on request. Pets are not allowed.
Basement: In the basement there is a small laundry room with washing machine and dryer.
Ground floor: The ground floor houses the living area, made up of: three elegant lounges furnished in Tuscan style with antique furniture and large windows overlooking the garden; a large dining room that can seat up to 14 people; a large kitchen, fully equipped with: breakfast table, oven, stove, refrigerator with ice maker, dishwasher, toaster, microwave, and coffee machine.
A toilet completes the floor.
First floor: The first floor is accessed via a lift or by climbing a large pietra serena staircase. This level is dedicated to the sleeping area divided as follows: 1 double with ensuite bathroom (with shower) and tv; 3 doubles (including one standard bed, one with kingsize canopy bed and one with French bed); 1 twin with separate beds and tv. You will also find two bathrooms (one with bathtub and the other with bathtub and shower).
Attic: The attic, reachable only by stairs, consists of: 1 single bedroom, 1 double bedroom, a bathroom with bathtub, and a bright sitting room with single sofa bed, armchairs, tv, reading corner, and bookcase. The use of the single sofa bed has an extra cost.
From the sitting room you can directly access the lovely terrace, from which you can admire a beautiful panorama of the Tuscan countryside.
