There is so much to love about this 5000 square foot newly built vacation rental, especially the sparkling pool and spa overlooking the lake. Walk down a winding (and very steep )paved path to your private dock, and bring your boat - the slip is there for your use! And, what could be more fun than having both the pool and the lake to cool off from the Texas heat? For more outdoor fun, the house has an upstairs and downstairs deck and an outdoor grilling area perfect for your vacation’s al fresco dining. The Hollows offers pickleball, a sports court, playground, and fitness center. Inside the house, you and your group can truly spread out, with multiple living areas so the kids and adults can be together or have their own space. 4 of the 5 bedrooms have private, spa-like baths, and the bunk room is a great place for the kids to have sleepovers. The open-concept, light-filled, lower-level, has a huge kitchen with a massive island for gathering. You’ll have all you need and more to create everything from leisurely meals to holiday feasts. The expansive dining table and glass enclosed wine bar are perfect for entertaining. The media room has a large sectional and a wet bar for movie night. Or, if you’re in the mood for game night, you can play shuffleboard and air hockey! When you’ve got work to do, we’ve got you covered with a private and comfortable office. The Hollows sits on 1400 acres, with 6 miles of Lake Travis shoreline, and your amenities include The Hollows Beach Club and restaurant, with three additional pools for you to choose from, BBQ grills, a covered pavilion with fireplace, and a full-service bar providing poolside service for all Hollows residents and registered guests. There are stunning hiking trails and kayak launches too. * The walk from the private pool down to the lake is on a paved path that is steep. So be prepared for a real workout on the way up and wear proper shoes for the walk down. It is not appropriate for anybody who is physically challenged. * While the house can accommodate more than 10 guests, the City of Jonestown limits occupancy, so if you have any questions about this, please ask our reservations team. * The Hollows Community, where this house is located, requires additional documents to be signed by overnight guests and ID requirements. Our reservation department will provide you with everything you need.  Outdoor spaces are not available for use from 10 PM to 7 AM Cancel within 24 hours of booking free of penalty! HOUSE LIMITATIONS: While we love to celebrate special occasions, the property does not operate as a venue. Reservations are for accommodations only. No guests under 25 (without parent or legal guardian). No Bachelor parties. No smoking anywhere on the premises. This home is pet friendly. However, there is an additional fee and damage deposit required. There are also weight and breed restrictions. Max 2 pets.
