THREE-ROOM APARTMENT, located in a residential and quiet area, about 1000 meters away from the free and equipped beach of Lido and conveniently close to all the main services.
The recently renovated house is situated on the first floor of a building with an elevator. Fully air-conditioned, it consists of a bright living-dining room with a kitchenette, including a sofa bed, overlooking the spacious terrace equipped with a small barbecue area and outdoor seating, where you can relax in the cool evening breeze after a long day at the beach.
A small hallway leads to the master bedroom with a terrace overlooking a wonderful olive grove, the second double bedroom with two single beds that can be joined to form a second double bed if needed, and the bathroom with a shower.

Payment & Cancellation - 60 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 60 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 60 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 60 days before arrival: 100% refund.
House rules
- -Security deposit: 300,00€;
- -Consumption (water, electricity and gas): included in the rental price;
- -Pets: ARE NOT ALLOWED.
- -Smoking only in outdoor areas;
- -Late check-in, on request (for arrivals after 21:00): 50,00€;
- -Late check-out (after 10:00): one more night’s stay;
- -Tourist tax to be paid locally in cash according to the rules of the Municipality;
- -Kitchenette and crockery to leave tidy and clean; otherwise a supplement of € 50.00 will be applied;
- -It will be the responsibility of the customer to provide for the separate collection of waste and their disposal according to the collection table; the accommodation upon its return must be free from all waste, in default 50% of the security deposit will be retained.
