For those who prefer a home-cooked meal, enjoy the fully stocked kitchen with all cooking necessities and a gas stove. Head on out to the covered deck first thing in the morning to enjoy that first cup of coffee, and then return to cool off with a nice cold beverage while you enjoy the sunset. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a damage waiver fee which covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out.
