This two-story, mid-century home boasts an enviable location in the Audubon-Downriver neighborhood, right across the street from the golf course. It’s a few minutes’ drive to a river access point for swimming, rafting, and fly fishing, and less than a mile to the Downriver Disc Golf Course. Begin each morning with coffee outside on the back deck, where you’ll find cushioned seating and a view of the landscaped yard. It’s a lovely spot to return to throughout the day, whether you’re barbecuing dinner on the gas grill, roasting marshmallows around the firepit, or stargazing in the warmth of the hot tub. Built in 1954, the house is full of mid-century style, from the large windows and clean lines to the accents of natural wood and brick. The main floor features a sleek kitchen with updated appliances (including a gas range and a French-door fridge), a formal dining room, and a living room overlooking the river with a TV (offering both cable and streaming capability). A den awaits upstairs with a cozy sectional, another TV, and the perfect spot to play board games. Additional features of the house include central air, complimentary WiFi, a washer/dryer, and both a Pack ’N Play and high chair for families with children. THINGS TO KNOW No dog(s) are welcome in this home. No other animals are allowed without specific Property Manager approval. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 3 vehicles. Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximun occupancy and quiet hours.
