This splendid retreat enjoys a fully fenced backyard (2/3 acre) with an orchard with fig, apple, and peach trees and plenty of room for the dogs to run around freely. Inside, this air-conditioned home away from home offers a sunny open floor plan with polished concrete floors and cathedral ceilings. Achieve peak comfort in the welcoming living area, furnished with a large and cozy sectional in front of a huge smart TV with streaming and surround sound. Sliding glass doors lead you to the back porch with an outdoor dining area overlooking the backyard. Back inside, the open kitchen has been appointed with all the essentials to prepare culinary masterpieces, including a Keurig coffee maker and wine/beverage mini-fridge. The primary suite is spacious and offers access to the back porch, a huge smart TV, and a barn door that leads you to an en suite bathroom with double vanity, a shower, a soaking tub, and a vast walk-in closet. The other two bedrooms share an en suite bathroom. Additional perks include a walk-in pantry and a designated laundry room with a washer/dryer in the hallway.
