This welcoming three-bedroom apartment places you right in the heart of Copenhagen, offering comfortable space for up to eight guests. Thoughtfully arranged for families or groups, it features a master bedroom with en-suite bathroom, two additional bedrooms, and a sofa bed in the living area. Surrounded by the cafés, shops, and cultural sights of the city centre, the apartment provides a relaxed and practical base for exploring Copenhagen on foot while enjoying a calm place to return to at the end of the day. Sleeping Arrangements The apartment features three well-proportioned bedrooms designed to accommodate families or groups with ease. The master bedroom offers a double bed and the added privacy of an en-suite bathroom. A second bedroom also features a comfortable double bed, while the third bedroom is fitted with a bunk bed. Please note that this room does not have a window. In the living room, the sofa converts into a sofa bed (140 × 200 cm), allowing the apartment to host up to eight guests in total plus a baby (a cot is available). Amenities & Comfort The apartment is designed to make city stays comfortable and convenient. The inviting living room offers a relaxed setting to unwind, with comfortable seating and a flat screen TV for quiet evenings after exploring Copenhagen. The fully equipped kitchen includes everything needed for preparing meals at home, with a dedicated dining area where guests can gather for breakfasts, shared dinners or a glass of wine in the evening. In addition to the private en-suite bathroom, the apartment features a well-appointed main bathroom and a washer and dryer, particularly useful for longer stays. Parking & Charging Parking and charging stations in Copenhagen are always paid. Payment is available via on street machines or parking apps such as EasyPark or ParkPark, with on-street parking rates starting at €6 per hour during peak times. Nearby car parks include the outdoor facility at Åbenrå (Smart Parking: approx. €5.3/hr) and indoor carpark on Adelgade (Q-Park: approx. €7.4/hr). An E.ON electric vehicle charging station is located on Gothersgade 52. You have the place to yourself. ● Take the M2 Metro directly to Nørreport Station (about 15 minutes) and then it is a 1-minute stroll to the front door. ● Metro: All metro lines run from Kongens Nytorv Station, which is just 1 stop away on the M2 Metro (1 minute). ● Train: Nørreport Station is also one of Denmark’s busiest train stations and trains depart frequently, connecting with the rest of Denmark and other countries. ● Bikes: Donkey Republic and Lime bikes are easy to find and use with their apps. ● Shared rides: Bolt and Uber operate in the city. ● Taxi: Always around, easy to hail, but not cheap. *This apartment is right at the heart of Copenhagen, and is an older historic building, so noise travels faster, and is to be expected. **The bedroom with the bunkbeds does not have a window. ***The sofa bed is 140x200 cm • Self check-in: You’ll receive all relevant information 2 days before your stay. • Luggage storage: We’re not able to store luggage in the apartment - we recommend using Luggage Hero. • No elevator: There is no elevator in this property. •CCTV cameras in the building - NOT inside the apartment. Interfering with the cameras will automatically result in the termination of your reservation. • No parties & smoking: Parties and smoking are not allowed. • Quiet hours: Quiet hours must be respected between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM. • Lost items: We are not responsible for personal items left behind in the apartment. • Pets: Pets under 10kg are allowed. If more, contact us before booking. • No business use: Using the apartment for business activities, personal services, filming, photography, or any commercial purpose is not permitted. • Rule violations: Violating house rules will result in an additional fee of EUR 1,000 per violation.
