This lovely terraced house in central Brighton has a sea-view balcony and a private outdoor roof terrace. The road is quiet yet central, only a few hundred metres from the beach and Churchill Square. It has the largest kitchen/diner; this is the perfect sociable space, ideal for families and groups because it’s very spacious throughout. A master bedroom with ensuite and balcony, a double bedroom, a single bedroom featuring a truckle bed, and an optional sofa bed are all available.
This stunning home is spread across three floors and features a charming balcony with sea views on the first floor of the master bedroom, which also has a gorgeous ensuite with roll top bath. Another lovely feature is the terrace, which can be reached via a spiral staircase from the ground floor or the single bedroom on the first floor.

Payment & Cancellation - 14 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 14 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 14 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 14 days before arrival: 100% refund.
