Located in a small, gated community your privacy and peace are of the uttermost importance. Adventurers and outdoor enthusiasts will adore this location as hiking, tubing, fishing, and boating opportunities are galore. Also nearby, sightsee and play at the area’s many vineyards, breweries, orchards, Lake Blue Ridge, Downtown Blue Ridge, and Downtown Ellijay.
Whether you’re hanging out inside or outside, appreciate top-of-the-mountain views always! Boasting 2000 sq ft of deck space, with two separate levels, your family will comfortably be able to spread out and enjoy each other’s company, as well as the pleasant Georgia weather at their leisure. The decks come adorned with ample seating, a dart board, a grill, and a fireplace.
Inside the living is just as luxe with the vaulted ceilings, stone fireplace, and rustic-chic decor. The open-concept living room, dining area, and kitchen maximize family time. Don your chef’s hat and whip up delicious dishes amongst the stainless steel appliances and ample meal prep space in the well-equipped kitchen, or sit and share your favorite memories on the leather seating in the living room.
Hours of entertainment can be curated in the game room where a pool table, wet bar, karaoke machine, and additional TV await with UTube TV.
The four bedrooms have been lovingly decorated with warm color palettes, wilderness-themed decorations, and high-quality linens. The sizable bathrooms are spa-like with their tiling, dual sinks, and walk-in showers. Additionally inside, appreciate having access to a private washer/dryer and central air-conditioning.
As the sun begins to set over the rolling landscape, head back outside and enjoy the glorious pinks, yellows, oranges, and reds as they fill the Georgia sky.
