Spend your days taking out the provided kayak, playing tennis and basketball on your very own court, and competing in family tournaments of pool and air hockey. This custom-built, two-story home sits on an expansive piece of property on the lake’s southern shore, with grounds that include a sun-splashed lawn, evergreen woodlands, and trails winding throughout. It’s wonderfully peaceful yet also just a quick drive from downtown Oak Harbor (seven miles), Naval Air Station Whidbey Island (eight miles), Joseph Whidbey State Park (10 miles), and Deception Pass State Park (13 miles). The house is full of special touches that cater to your every whim on vacation. Begin each morning with a workout on the home equipment and a good sweat in the private sauna. There’s even a home office where you can escape to log onto the WiFi if need be. So much of this property was designed for easy entertaining. There are living rooms both upstairs and down, each with its own fireplace, smart TV, and direct access to the outdoors. The rear wall of glass frames an expansive back deck and a ground-floor patio, where you can barbecue on the gas grill, dine alfresco, and wander across the lawn for s’mores around the firepit. You’ll also have a fantastic kitchen with stainless steel appliances (including a second fridge), a breakfast bar, and an open dining area. Spend your evenings playing board games, darts, pool, and air hockey in the bonus room before turning in for a restful night’s sleep. The three bedrooms (each with its own bathroom) include a primary suite with immense closets, a soaking tub, and a shower for two. A washer/dryer, a high chair, a changing table, and an assortment of kids’ games are provided as well. Things to Know Check-in time: 4:00 p.m. Check-out time: 10:00 a.m. The property is lakefront but you cannot see the lake from the house. All guests shall abide by Property Manager’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m. No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises. Please note that exterior security devices, including Ring Door cameras, are in use at the property. Guests are not permitted to tamper with, disable, cover, reposition, or interfere with any security devices during their stay.
