Newly renovated, the house has a private garden with an amazing panorama and a beautiful view of the famous sanctuary of the Hermitage of Calomini, which is only 3km away.
The house is on two levels: on the second floor is the living room with fireplace and pellet stove, also equipped with a dining table, and the kitchen. The second floor is accessible by a spiral staircase and consists of a full bathroom with shower, a double bedroom and a twin bedroom.
