The freshly renovated kitchen is a highlight of the interior, offering sleek stainless steel appliances, beautiful tile backsplash, and both a peninsula breakfast bar and a windowside bistro table for at-home dining. You can work easily from home here, with complimentary WiFi and a desk workspace with a grand city view. After a day of exploring the Emerald City or attending a conference at the convention center, take the elevator upstairs, toss the day’s clothes in the washer/dryer, and unwind by watching one of the smart TVs in the living room and bedroom. Please note: Due to the historic nature of this building, you may encounter sounds and smells typical of older structures. The Elektra building features a boiler heating system typical of older buildings. While it provides warmth during your stay, you may experience some noise as it operates. All guests shall abide by Property Manager’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a damage waiver fee which covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out.
