Bethany Beach and boardwalk attractions are located within a three-mile drive.
The home’s sparkling interior comes fully furnished for modern family comfort. Sink into the plush sofa and armchairs in the living room to stream shows and movies on the smart TV, or gather for some casual conversation in the sunny sitting area. The gleaming full kitchen is well-equipped with everything you need to plan and prepare meals at home. The private backyard patio is ready for summertime festivities. Effective January 1, 2024, guest amenity passes will be provided at no additional charge. Fees still apply for golfing. The passes must be picked up and returned to the Property Manager local office and a fee of $50.00 for each lost/unreturned pass will be assessed.
This home is not equipped with cable. Streaming services are available with guests’ own account(s).
Delaware regulations require all guests sign a lease agreement within 10 days of booking. A lease agreement will be sent within 24 hours of booking and an electronic signature is required before final check-in information is made available.
