The apartment is on a high floor of a very safe and well maintained building complex. Our neighbors are all professionals, expats, families. Our guests will have exclusive access to the whole apartment and shared amenities of City Garden, plus: - Other services available upon request: airport transfer, daily housekeeping, currency exchange, food deliver, bike rental, luggage storage - All gardens and lawns throughout the complex, kids playground, jogging paths, 50m lap saltwater pool, adult pool, and kids pool - free to use, and onsite restaurant with Vietnamese and western foods, a convenient store, full size gym (required paid pre-registration), secured basement parking for bikes and autos (additional fee). - Early Check In and Late Check Out upon availability and with additional fee - For late night and early morning arrival guests, please let us know if you request a grocery service, we will stock the fridge for you - Secured building with surveillance cameras in the lobby and hallway, heat detectors, hard-wired smoke alarms and a computer controlled access system - Amenities access can be restricted based on last minute building maintenance / repairs or condominium policy changes.
