This three-story home sits just west of I-95 and Maine Route 1, less than five miles from downtown Kennebunk’s quaint shops and restaurants. Take your pick of nearby beaches, including Kennebunk Beach, Mothers Beach, and Gooch’s Beach, all within nine miles. Spend your days hiking nearby trails, picking produce at local U-pick farms, and swimming in Kennebunk Pond (nine miles). Portland and Portsmouth are both within 30 miles as well. Ride the two provided (adult-size) bikes home from your afternoon excursions to relax and unwind outside. Take a nap in the hammock hanging among the trees, light the gas grill for an alfresco dinner, and linger by the firepit after sunset to stargaze in an incredibly dark night sky. Built in 2020, the house is full of custom finishes and modern touches, from central air conditioning to high-speed WiFi. The open living space is perfect for spending time together: playing board games at the dining room table, streaming movies by the gas fireplace, and preparing meals using stainless steel kitchen appliances, a large island, and a separate spacious pantry. In the evenings, find four bedrooms (all with smart TVs) upstairs - one primary suite with its own gas fireplace and bathroom, and three guest rooms with desk workspaces. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 6 vehicles. Air conditioning is only available in certain parts of the home. Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximun occupancy and quiet hours. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a damage waiver fee which covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out.
