This ski-in retreat is the perfect home away from home to enjoy all the Ten Mile Range has to offer, right on the 4 O’Clock Ski Run, and the ideal place to relax and enjoy spectacular mountain views. This condo was recently updated and totally redecorated including a kitchen remodel with all new appliances, two fully-remodeled bathrooms, new tile floors, all new carpet, a new Maytag washer/dryer, plus an authentic wood-burning fireplace for that real mountain feel (firewood provided). The kitchen has a huge breakfast bar and adjoins the dining room. The living room, with spectacular mountain views, features lots of comfortable living space with oversized furniture, all done in a cozy lodge decor, a big TV, and a stereo with an iPod dock. Payment and Cancellation - 14 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 14 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 14 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 14 days before arrival: 100% refund.
