Fifth Avenue Condos are only two blocks from Lift 1A on Aspen Mountain and even closer to downtown Aspen. This three-level, 2-bedroom plus loft, 3-bathroom deluxe townhouse features hardwood floors and a wood-burning stone fireplace in the main living area. This bright and spacious condo features an upgraded kitchen and dining area with stainless steel appliances and granite countertops. The soaring windows let in plenty of natural light, and there is a deck with Red Mountain and Aspen town views. One of the bedrooms also has a private balcony. Guests enjoy the loft’s full bathroom and the in-unit washer/dryer. Guests access this unit via stairs to the second floor.
This unit does not have air conditioning; portable A/Cs can be furnished for an additional cost.

Payment and Cancellation - 30 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 30 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 30 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 30 days before arrival: 100% refund.
