This beautiful, slope-side condo features an open floor plan with Colorado-inspired interiors and views of the Elk Camp Gondola. The kitchen features stainless steel appliances, and guests can enjoy bar seating at the end counter for casual dining. The dining table accommodates six people, and the living area features a wood-burning fireplace and wall-to-wall windows with beautiful mountain views. Guests will enjoy mountain views from the furnished outdoor balcony equipped with a gas grill. This condo sleeps eight guests. The primary bedroom features a king bed, TV, and an en suite bath. It is adjacent to the main living area and has direct access to the outdoor balcony. The second bedroom also features a king bed, a TV, and an en-suite bath. The third bedroom features two bunk beds with access to a bathroom across the hallway. Guests will access the second floor via an elevator in the newly renovated arrival center. This is a non-smoking unit. The Enclave is perfectly positioned on Assay Hill between the Elk Camp Gondola and Assay Hill chairlift, with ski-in/ski-out access to spectacular ski runs.** The property boasts an outstanding array of on-site amenities, including a shared outdoor heated pool, a hot tub, elevator access, and private ski lockers. Guests of The Enclave can take the complimentary shuttle to Snowmass Village (Base Village or Upper Village) to access other lifts, world-class restaurants, shops, and other events and activities. **The Enclave offers ski storage on the unit patios of first-floor condos. Second- and third-floor guests can access ski lockers in a centrally located hallway between buildings 2 and 3. When tenants exit the center hallway, they may ski down to the Assay Hill chairlift, which will take them to the midway gondola station. They may ski down to Base Village or take the gondola up the mountain. Alternatively, many guests exit the center hallway, climb ~100 feet of stairs, and ski directly down to Base Village. Parking notes: Parking is limited; only one pass is provided per reservation and will be provided upon check-in via the front desk.
