Walk a few blocks to find yourself on the lakeshore, enjoy easy access to Homewood Mountain Resort, and return home each day to a space brimming with warmth and character. As part of the Tahoe Pines community, this two-story cabin sits less than half a mile from a beach and pier on the western shores of Lake Tahoe. Homewood is just over a mile south, offering eight lifts, 67 runs, and 1,260 acres of terrain with incredible views of the lake and mountains. This is also a fantastic location for getting out to explore, with Alpine Meadows (11 miles), Palisades Tahoe (12 miles), D.L. Payment and Cancellation - 14 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
- Guests who book a home or villa that is located in the state of California may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 24-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made 3 days before arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 14 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 14 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 14 days before arrival: 100% refund.
