The cabin is ideal for two couples or a group of fishing buddies. Guests enjoy easy water access for fishing, rafting, or kayaking and the homes are midway between McKenzie Bridge and the Springfield/Eugene area, just 37 miles away. Inside the cabin, dramatic, cozy lounge furniture makes the open-concept living room, dining room, and kitchen an inviting retreat from the river and surrounding woods. Wind your own fishing flies from the comfort of the sofa or find yourself watching a movie on cable. An electric fireplace keeps the space intimate and down to earth. Complimentary in-home WiFi makes it easy to stay in touch on social media, browse the web, or catch up on some remote work. Celebrate meals as a group while the phenomenal views feed your senses around the charming wood dining table. Meal prep is made easier with help from a well-stocked kitchen and there’s additional seating at the breakfast bar. Catch your fishing limit of trout, steelhead, or salmon from the banks of the river, just steps away from the decks, or hire an area guide for a truly memorable experience. Nearby is Tokatee Golf Club, ranked as one of the best in the US, the McKenzie River Trail, ranked the number one mountain biking trail in the US, Hoodoo Ski Resort and Cougar Dam, and Hot Springs. Plan a day trip on the trails and playground at Spencer and Skinner Butte Park. Alton Baker Park is a popular spot for canoeing and provides a boat launch and dog park in the Springfield / Eugene area.
