It’s a location that gives you easy access to ski slopes, including Black Mountain and Wildcat up north, Attitash and Bretton Woods to the east, and Cranmore to the west. You’ll be in a prime spot for riding the Cog Railway, outlet shopping in North Conway, and hiking Diana’s Baths, Cathedral Ledge, and other beloved trails. There are even beautiful walks to enjoy just up Green Hill Road. After a day of taking in the scenery of the White Mountains, come home to unwind in the lovely outdoor spaces. Payment & Cancellation - 14 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 14 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 14 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 14 days before arrival: 100% refund.
