High on the cliff above Praia do Espelho, Bahia, Casa da Primavera is an excellent option for those looking for a spacious and comfortable refuge for up to 10 people on one of the most beautiful beaches in Brazil.
Located approximately 400m from the beach, our house is ideal for those who want to enjoy relaxing days amid paradisiacal landscapes and beaches with natural pools. Comfortable and spacious, it accommodates up to 10 people in 5 suites.
- Our house is close to several bars and restaurants in the region.
- If the reservation is made for 6 people, it is necessary to hire our trusted housekeeper for support during the stay. For more than 6 people, it is also mandatory to hire her assistant (prices separately). Our housekeeper prepares breakfast and lunch every day at the hotel.
- We offer a complete layette with 300 thread count sheets, pillows, bath towels, beach towels and blankets.

Praia do Espelho is considered one of the most beautiful in Brazil, with natural pools that form at low tide, imposing cliffs, whimsical little rivers and charming beachfront bars and restaurants, which spread out on cushions under the shade of almond trees. It is about a 40-minute drive from Trancoso and close to Caraíva (many people walk there). In addition to being close to the beach, our property is less than a 5-minute walk from the Outeiro das Brisas condominium, with restaurants, convenience stores and beautiful viewpoints.

Things To Know
Payment & Cancellation - 60 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 60 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 60 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 60 days before arrival: 100% refund.
House rules
- - After confirming the reservation, the person responsible for the reservation must send a photo/selfie with their document in hand to sign the season rental contract and send a valid document with photos of all guests (ID card, driver's license, foreigner's ID, or passport).
- - We make our check-in and check-out times more flexible, helping guests with travel time issues.
- - No noise and loudspeakers after 10pm.
- - Parties, events and bachelor parties are prohibited.
- - Small pets allowed, upon request.
- - Smoking is only permitted in external areas of the house.
- - We provide 1 portable crib (please check availability in advance),
- - Visits are permitted, subject to advance notice and sending of visitor documentation to Meu Anfitrião.
- - We do not offer parking spaces, but it is possible to park on the road behind the house or negotiate parking in a nearby location.
- - For reservations of up to 6 people, we include in the price our trusted cleaning lady, who will provide support throughout your stay, preparing breakfast and lunch daily. For groups of more than 6 people, hiring your helper is mandatory (prices apply).
- - We offer a complete layette with 300 thread count sheets, pillows, bath towels, beach towels and blankets.
- - The house has 2 additional mattresses for 2 children, as well as a portable crib (please inquire in advance if interested)
- - The property has some stairs, but there are 2 ground floor bedrooms for those with reduced mobility.
- - A security deposit of R$2,500.00 is linked to your reservation and will be used for any unforeseen events, if there are none, there will be no extra charges.
