THE SPACE BEDROOM 1 This a well-furnished bedroom on the ground floor of the property, that offers stunning views of the pool. This bedroom is equipped with a variety of amenities including a king-sized bed, wardrobe, AC, Wi-Fi and TV. This room opens up to an ensuite bathroom equipped with towels and basic toiletries. BEDROOM 2 This a well-furnished bedroom on the ground floor of the property, that offers stunning views of the pool. BEDROOM 4 This a well-furnished bedroom on the ground floor of the property, that offers stunning views of the pool. This room opens up to an ensuite bathroom equipped with a private mini pool, towels and basic toiletries. BATHROOMS There are 4 attached bathrooms and 1 common bathroom. All bathrooms have geysers, towels, a hairdryer, and basic toiletries. LIVING ROOM Make your way to the contemporary living room on the ground floor, oozing elegance and modern charm. Furnished with contemporary seating arrangements, this charismatic living room can comfortably seat up to 10 people. The living room is equipped with a variety of amenities including a TV, AC, Wi-Fi and a music system for entertainment purposes. DINING AREA The beautiful dining area is a part of the living room and is perfect for enjoying long, lazy lunches with your family. The dining area can seat up to 6 people comfortably. KITCHEN - Guests may use the kitchen to make light meals only like tea, coffee, instant noodles and simple food for infants. - It is equipped with a microwave, gas stove, electric kettle, refrigerator, toaster, induction plate and a mixer-grinder. - Crockery and cutlery are available. LAWN Step outside and you will be engulfed by a 15,000 sq. ft lawn. It can seat up to 6 people at any given time. POOL Walk out of the bedrooms, and step into an oasis of pristine waters, perfect for a relaxing soak. The pool is 18x36 ft. in size and 4.5 ft. in depth. Guests can access the pool from 8 AM to 10 PM. ADD-ON SERVICES - Guests can eat out or order from nearby restaurants. Alternatively, chef on call service can be availed at an additional cost. - A barbecue kit/grill is available at an extra cost. - The costs for the aforementioned food and beverage offerings and events are subject to an 18% GST charge. - A bonfire can be arranged at an additional cost. - Prices may vary subject to availability and peak season rates. Traditional hand-loom garments, flamboyant markets and wonderfully laid-out gardens are just a few things to look forward to in this beautiful city. HOME TRUTHS & HOUSE RULES - This is a pet-friendly property and a wheelchair-friendly property. - In case of a power outage, the generator can support all the appliances for up to 24 hours. - All mobile networks work fairly well here. - Guests can stay connected with complimentary Wi-Fi. Network is subject to availability at any given time. - Cooking and consumption of non-vegetarian food is allowed. - Loud music is not allowed post 10:30 PM. - There are CCTV cameras that capture the external areas for security purposes. - The caretaker stays on the premises of the same property. - Guests are advised to stay cautious of any wild animals or bugs due to the villa location. - Alcohol consumption is allowed in designated areas. Please do not carry food/drinks in and around the pool. - Smoking is allowed in the exterior areas of the villa only. - We urge you to wear swimming attire in the pool and kindly shower before entering. - Children should be supervised while they are in or around the pool. - Guests are earnestly requested to treat the home with care. - A security deposit of Rs. 5000 will be levied on a base occupancy of 8 guests. If the guest count exceeds the base occupancy, an additional Rs. 1000 will be charged per extra guest. - Locals can book the property. PET POLICY Pets are welcome at this property. However, as a standard pet policy, we allow only up to 4 pets. Pets will not be allowed inside the pool or around the poolside area. In the villa, pets are not permitted on beds, futons, chairs, couches, or blankets. Please clean up after your pets, both in the villa and outside in the lawn/garden area. As a preventive measure, pets will not be allowed inside the kitchen as there may be a possibility of pet hair falling in the food. Please carry your pet’s favourite blanket, as the towels/blankets at the villa will not be accessible to them. Guests are advised to groom their pets, prior to arrival, especially if they are prone to shedding, as pet hair can be difficult to remove. POLICIES - The full payment must be made for your booking to be confirmed. - The number of guests must not exceed the count mentioned at the time of booking. - Only the guests who have been accounted for are allowed at the villa. - All guests must be able to share valid ID proofs when asked. This could be at the time of booking, and also upon arrival. - All foreign nationals must be able to share their passport and visa details prior to their stay. - Any damage to the property caused by the guest will be charged as per the actual cost of repair or replacement. - Any illegal activity - including but not limited to prostitution and the use of narcotics - is strictly not permitted. - Any commercial activity is strictly not permitted. - A refundable deposit may be collected before check-in. - This entire amount is refunded within 5 working days, provided the total number of guests does not increase and the check-out time is adhered to.
