Visit our stunning, designer-decorated, five-bedroom, three-bathroom home featuring a new pool and jacuzzi. As of September 2023, all furniture and furnishings are brand new. This single-story home boasts two Cal-King master bedrooms, each with its own en-suite bathroom. Additionally, there are two more Cal-King Bedrooms and one queen bedroom, all with access to a hallway bathroom. Each bedroom is equipped with a 47’’ LCD TV. The bathrooms feature upgraded tile floors and quartz countertops, and the entire home is adorned with beautiful LVP floors. The spacious open-concept main living room leads to a beautifully upgraded kitchen with stainless steel appliances, including a stove/oven, refrigerator, microwave, and dishwasher. The dining room offers seating for 10, with additional seating at the kitchen counter. The main living and dining rooms have 75" TVs, while the other bedrooms feature 65" TVs. Payment & Cancellation - 60 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
- Guests who book a home or villa that is located in the state of California may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 24-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made 3 days before arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 60 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 60 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 60 days before arrival: 100% refund.
