Excursions to the nearby sites and towns of Florence, Pisa, San Gimignano and Cinque Terre, known for its colorful villages perched on the rocky riviera, are a must. Composition: Ground Floor: fully equipped kitchen, dining room, and living room with sliding glass doors opening onto the pool and garden, laundry room, 2 master bedrooms with 2 bathrooms. Please kindly note that while the bedrooms on this floor are not air-conditioned, the house remains cool and pleasant. Lower Ground Floor: Bedroom with bathroom. First Floor: entrance opening onto porch and garden, living room with Bar and French windows, air conditioning, opening onto the terrace and a wonderful view above the pool and the surrounding nature, master bedroom with bathroom, queen bedroom with toilet. Second Floor: Master bedroom with ensuite bathroom, AC and private terrace. The indoor table comfortably seats 6-8 guests, making it ideal for intimate gatherings. An additional outdoor table is available for larger groups, ensuring ample space for everyone to dine together and enjoy the beautiful surroundings.
