Completely renovated and transformed into an elegant and luxurious residence, it offers an enchanting setting for holidays in total privacy and relaxation. The residence, dating back to the eighteenth century in the original structure, is able to accommodate up to 22 guests in total in 9 double bedrooms, 4 of which are suites with Jacuzzi.
Inside, as outside, you will find spacious and welcoming environments. In the garden, there is also a large swimming pool, equipped with a Roman staircase for plunging, 12 meters long and 6 meters wide with a solarium equipped with sun loungers, wooden chaise longues, chairs and umbrellas overlooking the countryside. Payment & Cancellation - 60 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 60 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 60 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 60 days before arrival: 100% refund.

- 1. Check-in schedule:From 01/01 to 31/12: Everyday from 16:00h to 20:00h
- 2. Check-out schedule: 10:00.
- 3. This accommodation does not accept groups of young people under 25.

- The price does not include:
- Security Deposit: 1.500 €
- Energy costs: upon consumption € 0,50/KW
- Indoor heated Pool: € 450 per week
- Final cleaning : 400 euro per week
- Tourist tax: €1 per person per night (for individuals over 14 years old).
- The pool is not guaranteed to be open during the months of October to May.
