In a landscape unique in the world, this house is completely renovated and can accommodate up to 8 guests in 4 double bedrooms equipped with air conditioning and each with its own private bathroom and TV.

Take a seat in the large living room with adjoining dining room. An elegant floor in Venetian style and period fireplaces will welcome you. In the large rooms you will also find a piano and a billiard room at your disposal. The living room will open to a breathtaking view, reflecting the enchantment of nature directly in the waters of the lake.
The outdoor areas are also to be experienced with a heated swimming pool on request, a heated whirlpool, barbecue area and gym with TechnoGym equipment. The pool measures 13 meters long by 5 meters wide and a depth ranging from 60cm to 1m 45cm.
In the pool area there is a large paved solarium equipped with sun loungers. All around a large green garden will allow you to enjoy beautiful walks inside the property.
The view is extraordinary as is the view of the facade of the house overlooking the large park with its double staircase leading to the Villa. A game of arches in the outdoor spaces will give you truly framing views of what is one of the most beautiful and fascinating places in Italy.
Inside, the highly original and refined furniture will make your holidays even more unique by letting you experience a modern stay in an atmosphere truly of other times.
The kitchen is also complete and functional with hob, fridge, microwave, oven, freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, toaster, kettle, utensils and crockery.
