The expansive space features several separate wings with 7 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms and also includes a media room, yoga space, rumpus and games room, and other living areas for you to enjoy and relax in, all with sweeping views of the surrounding countryside and the ocean in the distance. The Neighborhood
Excelsa is located in an area known as Rose Valley. It’s a private property in the midst of farmland meaning that your closest neighbors may be a herd of cattle. The property is over 6 hectares of land, containing cleared farmland, dams, an orchard and an area of ancient coastal rainforest. All of this and it’s just a short drive down the Valley to the township of Gerringong, beaches and the surrounding South Coast. We live in a residential neighborhood, and we like to respect our Neighbours and ensure that we comply with the New South Wales regulations. We have a strict 10pm noise restrictions and we also have noise monitors in the house.

Things To Know
Payment & Cancellation - 60 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 60 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 60 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 60 days before arrival: 100% refund.
House rules
- It would be appreciated if you did not wear shoes in the house.
- Please be vigilant with child supervision on the property as there are dams, terraced terrain without fences and other farm land hazards.
